Hughes Inc.™ is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen items after purchase. Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges will not be granted for any reason. Items not paid for by a certain due date may end up in banishment from Hughes Inc™. Those banished will not be allowed to purchase anything from the company for any reason whatsoever.

Hughes Inc.™ is not responsible for injuries sustained by products after purchase. If you have a health condition that should prohibit you from purchasing a certain product, you should take that into consideration before purchasing such product.  Hughes Inc.™ does not ask for health conditions prior to purchase because it is not our responsibility. You should know whether a product is life threatening to you.

You are expected to pay for all products in full. No partial payments our IOUs will be accepted.
